Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3 business days of payment.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods
We offer standard shipping.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your order.
Packaging
Each painting is carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure safe delivery. Larger pieces may be shipped in custom crates.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the size of the painting and the shipping address.
Free shipping may be available for orders over $1250.
International Shipping
We ship internationally. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.
Tracking
Once your painting has shipped, we will send you a tracking number. You can track your order online. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 days, please contact us.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your painting is damaged or lost, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist you with a replacement or refund. Please check your package upon arrival and report any problems immediately.
Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
